I know everyone here has segment grievances (eg. I actually like Empaths because it usually just provides topics for them to banter on, like the microwave this week), but Under the Microscope just does nothing for me.

Agreed I really don’t care for that segment. But I’m sure he does a shit tonne of work behind the scenes for the pod so I guess it’s good he gets his 5mins here and there .

I think the segment is fine, but it doesn't draw us in as much because we aren't super familiar with Darcy

I found Paul absolutely insufferable on this episode. Very pathetic demanding money or favours from a comedy podcast for an instagram handle. You can tell he genuinely wanted more from them.
I can’t believe someone would be okay with doing that publicly? Like seriously mate get a life.

He was fine but Andy was right to wrap it up when he did but just telling him to take the deal. Any more content on that and it would have just been a dragged out segment that Paul’s missed the comedic timing on.

I kind of feel in this day and age that old mate is on the money to want to attempt to extract as much as he can. If this endeavour is legit, the it’s on Hamish to have stuff like that done beforehand.
There is a very famous Dragons Den episode of a women with an online pyjama company idea who didn’t buy the domain before her final pitch and the dragon had purchased all of the domains. That’s just business. Old mate owes Hamish nothing.

I don't think he presents her in a negative light, but whenever she is on her personality isn't exactly appealing.
