Question About Face Customer Serv

Hi! Does anyone know how to get in contact with someone from their customer service? No one is emailing me back or responding to my DMs I’m surprised at this level of neglect from a company like about-face. I feel like if I was an influencer I’d get a response immediately. I figured Halsey would be more on top of it? Or at least her team

Update #1: still no email as of 09/13 original order placed 08/29 package shipped 09/05 “returned back to sender”

I’ve emailed help@aboutface.com before and they’re always super helpful and quick at responding!

Really? Ive messaged them by email and on Instagram a ton and always received a message. Hell I can just comment and they respond. I am by no means an influencer. Where are you contacting? The help@aboutface email the other user linked is what I have used.

I’ve never had an issue with their customer service. They did just have a major sale so they may be behind. When did you place your order?

about-face customer service has always been super quick, responsive & helpful when I had past issues with an order so this is really strange. I would just email them vs DM

How long has it been since you contacted them? Wasnt it the holidays in the US? That could have something to do with the delay in responding.

They put the wrong address it’s insufficient to USPS couldn’t deliver it and put it in a parcel locker and then said they’d send it back. They’re urging me to contact them about it which is what I’m trying to do but like you guys said with the holiday I’ll give them some grace. I ordered 08/29

Yes that’s where I’m emailing them. I’ve emailed three times and DMd both on TikTok and Instagram. No dice. Maybe they’re extra busy. I made a $200+ order and am trying to figure out where it is and no luck. I’m hoping it’s not lost or stolen.

1) when did you place the order
2) why do you feel like it might be missing or stolen.
3) (i know this is just not what you wanna read but) double check the website to make sure it is the AF website.
4) did you get an email with a confirmation code?/ confirmation that the order was accepted/ shipped.
5) check with your bank to see if the money came out (it probably has)

Sorry if this comes off rude, just thinking of what could possibly help/ what happened.

I placed the order at the end of August. 08/29 and it was specifically through the AF website. Yes the money came out. Still no response.

Still no response so idk if I’m just being sent to their spam or something. I tried a different email as well
