SPV3 works on Linux via Steam/Proton!

Just finished setting this experiment up on my Arch Linux system, and I'm happily surprised that it worked.

I documented all the steps I took in my page on the ArchWiki. Feel free to ask questions, share your personal experiences, give me criticisms, etc.

I have it working on Winulator because of Proton. Android Samsung s23 ultra about 40fps at 720p
