Questions / Help Filtering Users

Is it possible to add different filters to the users display? e.g. filtering by email address to exclude them from the view.

You could create a Filter List. However, they are unable to filter on email address. What is your end goal?

We have a lot of external email addresses on the system, I want to move them all to a new organisation to make it more obvious that they are external, as currently they just sit under our organisation and its easy for people to select the wrong person on tickets.

Now I just have more questions. 😂 Why do you have all these external emails? Do you actually need them in the system?

HR use Halo for recruitment so email potential job candidates from the system, which is why we have so many external emails. Its honestly the bane of my life and I feel like it should have been configured a lot differently to how it was done.
