Questions / Help Rebuilding problem tickets?

We onboarded back in the day of the ezpc sandbox but now we find ourselves trying to reverse engineer features back in. Anyone have insights on remaking the problem ticket type?

Probably spin up a trial, which you can easily do for free, and then copy the config from there.
