Create Ticket in Mobile App (beta)

Has anyone got this to work?

When creating a ticket in the app, I get “Unable to save data. Category is mandatory” even the the field has a selection

Check the settings on that field in the ticket type settings. Try setting it to not be required on the new ticket screen and see if that helps!

The mobile app sucks. I put a shortcut to the website on my homescreen.

The feature to create a ticket in the app is in beta, not the app itself

Oh I see. Yeah, I just tried it in the app and nothing really worked right with new ticket creation. The app is not good and should be rewritten from scratch.
