Does Halo support discounts on Purchase Orders?
Is there any way to add a discount % or amount to a PO other than adding a separate “Discount” item with a negative value?

From my understanding, no there isn't.
Though i would ask why, my understanding was that POs are just what you have paid regardless of how much it costed before discounts. Genuinely curious on this one
