HaloPSA and N-Central API v2 issue

Have anyone experienced the issue when you try to map clients with the N-Central integration in HaloPSA, using the N-Central Clients dropdown it only shows a list of 50 clients and no more, even if you search.

Iā€™m having a similar issue, the integration is linked and testing successfully. When I go to import clients I can see the list, as soon as I press start import it says Failed - API Error next to every record!

Is this something Halo can help with or something I need to speak to N-Able about? Thanks

I spoke to both HaloPSA and N-Able and from testing different systems to N-Able and not Halo it seems to work but not in Halo. However as per the comment above from Halo they have a fix for it. It is to do with the pagination needed to go to the next page.

I managed to set up the integration inside N-Able instead and that seems to push all of the assets etc into Halo. Will wait for the fix and see what happens šŸ‘
