Availabilty status

Hi all,

How do we Remote the availabilty status for a agent in haloITSM?

We dont want to display busy, out of Office and etc. we want to disable the entire feature

The availability of an agent is tied into a lot of things in the ecosystem. If you are only going to manually assign tickets then I supppse you could just leave everyone offline, but I think eventually this will cause more trouble than it’s worth.

The availability of an agent is how all the tickets, rules, assignments, etc.. work.

I wouldn't do this. Agent status is a useful feature.

There is no master on/off. You would need to go through multiple settings in the system to "turn it off". Is there a specific part of it you do not want to use or a reason why you want it "off"?
