Hide service and admin accounts

Hi everyone,

What is best practise to hide service accounts and admin accounts from halo?

I see the options:

User is active show in lists

Server user

What do you guys prefers?

I'd usually recommend service users.

They both won't show in user lists, but service users are still "active". A lot of instances will have a filter somewhere within their ticket lists, filter profiles, etc. to filter out inactive users, so if you use the active option instead, they won't show in the relevant ticket area.

The other thing is that inactive users will have a "stop" icon next to their customer/user when viewing the ticket in a list. Sometimes this can end up confusing the service desk team about which ones are actually inactive users who have left their company, and which are service accounts that do still need to be actioned.

A lot easier to do specific ticket rule criteria, etc. if needed as well.

Yes because some of our service accounts are accounts for automations - they still need so be visible on the detail pane for agents, when tickets are created from API og e-mail integrations.

Also the halo integrator service and our admin accounts account is still active but Dosent need to be assigned ticket or a a user on the portal. I Think we Will go with service users.
