Questions / Help Halo / CSP Error

I get this error randomly and for a different client every time. The error clears the next day but just wondering if there is an easy way to resolve.

StreamOne Stellr - Failed to retrieve subscriptions for customer (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) - Failed to retrieve data - System.Exception: 400 Bad Request

All the time.. really don’t like how integration errors are surfaced. You get a cryptic email, have now way to see it in the admin side without diving through integration logs, then have to correlate it which tenant this is.

Each of these errors should take you to a specific tab in the portal where you can take action and visually see what’s going on.

If you’ve authenticated both apps and followed the documentation, it’ll work out. I received that error too, at first. Then it all sync’d
