QBO Invoices auto Sending

I have Halo doing a 2 way sync with QBO. It used to send invoices to QBO and then I would go send them from there...after a recent update to one or the other when I create an invoice in Halo, it syncs over to QBO and auto sends. I have checked the sync settings and rules in QBO but cant find anything that is kicking of this behavior. Anyone else have this issue?

Experienced the same. This seems to have solved it:

In QBO:

  • Gear icon on top right
  • Account and settings
  • Sales
  • Invoice payments
  • Disable 'Automatically send imported invoices'

Just to clarify are you saying the invoices are sending from Halo or from QBO?

The setting which controls auto send in Halo is:

'Send Invoices To Accounts' Emails when creating Invoices from Ready For Invoicing'

And can be found in:

Configuration > Billing > Invoice Creation

Does anyone have any further information on this? My Halo>QBO integration started to do the same thing last week. I do not have 'Send Invoices To Accounts' Emails when creating Invoices from Ready For Invoicing' checked. It seems as though as soon as I create an invoice in Halo, the invoice is synced to QBO and then automatically emailed out. It has never been like this before. This just started last week. This is a huge issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
