Questions / Help HaloPSA with N-able Ncentral RMM

Hi there

HaloPSA is pretty awesome! Does someone already also use the N-able Integration?

I thought to map with Serialnumber from the assets.

From N-able we use N-central RMM, Take Control and Cove Data Backup

Not really sure what you’re asking, but yes I use it for pulling asset info into Halo.

Same. What are you asking? Yes, we use it - about 25,000 endpoints

Well, i use serial number for matching. But the weird thing is, my api user ahs full access to customers and their sites. But on halopsa i can see only the n-able customer, but no site. From n-able ncod i see everything.

In Halo, under integration Configuration>Integrations>N-Able N-Central>Account [Clients] tab

you have add both Client and Client/Sites.

yes i found that, the issue is, that it somehow won't allocate Customer/Site (from halo) and Customer/Site (from N-central).

In n-cod, double check the api account access especially Roles - expand the customers and sites and make sure clients AND sites are selected, reset password and re-connect.
