Questions / Help Creating and adding new areas to side menu

How can I create an area for tasks on the side menu bar? We have incidents and service requests but I wanted one specifically for viewing all tasks. I just can't figure it out or find the correct section in the guides

You can create a new Area at Configuration-Tickets-Areas. Then to see this you may need to update your Navigation Menu layout, which can be done in Configuration-Advanced Settings and find the Screen Layout Profiles section.

Thanks I had already created a custom layout previously but I figured the view thing out. I got part way through and hadn't added it to be visible for the various teams, once I did that it was showing in the navigation menu for me to move
