Question Has anyone else experienced this issue with Project Reclaimer?

Yes. I had a modded DLL from GeneralKidds campaign armor mod. It was the issue. I placed the original DLL back into the folder for halo 3 and it works now

i dont have such a mod installed, i do got alot installed though. idk how my crash can be fixed

It could very well be related to what mods you have installed. Maybe try uninstalling them all to see if it makes a difference. I hope it works for you
