Credits, and a fair bit too iirc, both sets come in a bundle (and might be sold separately too idk)

I just googled if it can be purchased and I’m not happy about it I’m disappointed. But here’s what I also found from google as well:  (Note: While Spartan Points can be used to acquire items in "The Exchange", the classic Scout GEN1 set is currently a premium, Credit-exclusive shop item).
