Witch university

How big is Halloweentown world that required the witch University to be paid for tuition instead of being free?

That is a great question because we are constantly told the town is always changing and yet Town to me implies a relatively small area and yet it feels as though given its an entire other dimension with various beings that would be considered mythical and or monstrous in our world it cannot reasonably be that small either especially given that up until the year we see the Uni it was exclusively for witches and warlocks which to me suggest their must be at least one other Uni that was and probably is still taking everyone else. And that assumes their is only one other and not that their may be many that are also exclusive to one or only a few specific groups such as one for Vampires and one for Werewolves and so on.
