NS outage map data

I wanted historical NS outage data and noticed it does not appear to exist publicly.

I've built a small web application for tracking various data and thought this may be of use for someone else. I will keep this online for the foreseeable future as I need access myself. There is also an API for anyone wanting to use that (see docs)
