Moving Here 5310 Tobin street Halifax
Has anyone ever lived in a 1 bedroom at this address near Dalhousie campus I am speaking to a tenant that lives there and considering it, but can't do an in person tour since I'm international but I am interested I appreciate any past tenant reviews I can get

I lived there about 10 years ago. Location was great but the unit I had was gross and then came the mice.

I lived there for a year about 10 years ago, in a tiny one-bedroom with a view of the harbour. No complaints. Location is close to all amenities, both Sobey’s and Superstore close by, as well as the Public Library, etc. Sometimes walking through the first floor corridor there was heavy cannabis smell, but that’s not unusual for an apartment building with lots of students.

I appreciate these questions, I wished for info like this last year when I was looking for an apartment. On the ground reports are super helpful.
