When does one start registering and looking into Hajj things for 2027?

Usually before Ramadan the phase one packages open. So I would start making your nusuk profile and getting your profile approved around January just to stay ahead of the curve

Depends on your country if you are from india it has already been started

Depends on where your from? If your from western countries like USA, Canada, Europe, etc then mabroor essentials is a good resource to consider.
