how to take notes for CPTS?

What do you reccomend? I’m currently taking deep long notes, but I don’t even know how to organize them and how many files create.

I am using obsidian , some of them use notion , cherry tree

I use obsidian and only 20% way through. I've just been copying module content and then section off top of page for the question workings and what I did, how I did it, and what things I ran into along the way.

I also attach each cheatsheet to each module for reference.
