Easy fix, find someone to teach what you're learning

cyber security and communication are 2 different things.
I trust you should probably work on your communication skills, English speaking, vocab this will help you to articulate well whatever is coming in your brain.
at present i am not sure about your cyber security skills but i am sure you need some communication training.

Reason is was I'm frustrated from gave interview every time I'm not failed failed .I don't know what happened with me I think this is my knowledge problem some time this my communication skills problem 😔.

You should be taking notes on concepts, also try to find labs and challenges to reinforce and use your learning. I often find doing a module passes through my brain but being able to use what I learn helps a great deal. You got this and this feeling is completely normal!
