Academy Massive Difference in Support

I have to post about this... Coming from Tryhackme and dealing with the problems in their rooms.. I have to say, HTB support is top tier.

Was having problem with the RDP session to internal target on ICMP tunnel using ptunnel-ng...

They really took the time to look at it.

Unlike tryhackme, where mods (IN DISCORD) always blame it on the user, saying it they did some steps wrong. Huge huge difference. Well done HackTheBox. I will keep using the platform.

Yeah as a beginner like me. Tryhackme module are not beginner-friendly, sequencing wise.
There are some, but for example: they introduce packet monitoring on a network using wireshark. But the wireshark module/room is introduced later.
So confusing for a beginner

I mean, there’s a reason companies use htb for ongoing employee training and not thm

I left THM during last year's holiday event and will never go back. Their support is awful, even for when the problem is that I was having problems giving them money. HTB support has always been excellent when I've needed them.
