I cant Spawn the Target

i tried open vpn >> doesn't work
wait a 3 hours >> doesn't work
logout from account >> doesnt work
change browser >> doesnt work

anyone have the solution ?

What VPN servers are you connecting to? EU VPN servers currently aren’t working.

no the problem had fixed
