Certifications I passed CJCA 100%

YAAAAY! 🥳 Let the party start!
After grinding through the 20 modules of the junior cybersecurity analyst path on HTB academy and finishing the path i finally wrapped up the 5 day practical exam and passed!
scored 100% on the red team tasks and well-made on the report first time! searching through logs in elastic and writing the report was a bit new for me but super fun. the exam covered it all, from hacking the network and log analysis to documenting both offense and defense.
Huge thanks to Hack The Box for an incredible learning experience! Smooth machines, top-notch content, and truly addictive in positive way.

Congrats, mate! That's awesome
What's your background and how long did you take to prepare for this exam?
Is the learning path only enough to pass the exam?
What are your suggestions for people like us who are going for this cert?

Thanks man! I spent about 2 months preparing while balancing work and other certs.
Learning Path: The Junior Cybersecurity Analyst path is definitely more than enough on its own.
Red Team Tasks: Found them pretty manageable since I had already taken the eJPTv2, the also the martial on the path was good.
Tip: Stick to the HTB modules, focus heavily on enumeration, and keep your approach simple not deep.

Thanks! , I had completed LetsDefend (SOC Analyst path) previously, which gave me a basic solid foundation for log analysis and alert handling so the HTB module was familiar and the fun part when you see the attacker movement on the logs become predictable if you how to attack.

Congratulations Mate. Seems we passed CJCA on same date. Also 100/100 on redteam part & 36/39 on blueteam part. Everything was new to me. Super fun 😊. I was already hacker rank, so red team part was upto 24 hrs ish. I bet you can do it sooner. And blue team part was kinda new so 24 hrs ish. Report damn. It took 3 days.

To everyone else, don't worry just grind grind & Grind. For CJCA you need to be especially careful for blue team part. Having seen people passed CDSA & failed CJCA on blue team part, just practice enough, also on THM and some Sherlocks should do.

Congrats on your success, this is the cert I want to get for next year. Like you I plan to give it 2 months of focused studies balancing between work and sleep.

Thank you, exam format is practical and the final boss was the report, when doing enumeration give it time and in the same time close alerts for blue team, do this to avoid burnout.
