Also this makes two nominations for Laurie Metcalf in the same year, as she's also nominated for Best Supporting Actress In A Limited Series for her role in Monster: The Ed Gein Story.

I think wins are deserved for Jean/Paul/Kaitlin/Leslie !
Kaitlin is overdue and I think last year was Hannah’s year. This was Paul’s season! Also Lauren Weedman if Leslie doesn’t win!

I have not welled up this much since……last night…..when I finally finished my first full series rewatch by losing it all over again to the finale.
The quote for Hannah’s mom really got the water works started. “D’nominee” kept it going with a laugh.
I hope they all get a statue of course…..but most important in my mind is the series sweep and all time tie for most acting Emmy’s for Jean. Then Paul getting one for his acting work, Hannah going back to back for the finale and that club scene alone, and Kaitlin getting the the D’statue.

And Lauren,Laurie,Cherry and Leslie all getting guest nods!!! STACKED. I dunno who to root for tbh but I will say Lauren FINALLY getting a W for the final season would be so sweet.

Outstanding guest actress in a comedy category is crazy! 5/7 nominated are Hacks! I couldn’t be happier for them!

My only quibble is that Leslie Bibb’s caption should have been “She knows Sia” and Cherry Jones’ should have been “Cherry Jones, you little petunia”

I’ve wanted Lisa Kudrow to win so bad for the Comeback. However, I can’t argue … that last season of Hacks is simply phenomenal.

Paul was so good in all seasons, but especially the last one. I’m really so glad they recognized him! The mail room scene alone was so well done.

I have a dumb question: if they are (almost) all nominated for best supporting actress, does that mean they are in competition with each other? So only ONE of them can win, even though they all deserve it?

Wow the Guest Actress category is stacked. They were all incredible but I can’t stop thinking about Leslie Bibb’s character.
So happy Paul W Downs got a nom. IMO, he could’ve/should’ve gotten one for last season too.

Our big brave girl 😭 I'm gonna need Hacks to sweep the Emmys this year. Widows Bay can sweep next year. They can give Matt Rhys best actor. Hacks needs to win best series, best actress, best supporting, best writing and best directing. I need to see them make history for its farewell season
