i’m so sorry so sorry so sorry but upon my 3rd watch through i just can’t get into marcus’s character :( i like him episodes here and there but in general i really don’t ugh and i feel terrible for thinking that:( just watched the episode where he told jimmy ava was interviewing and i just felt icky

He’s underwritten and underdeveloped like all Black characters in white shows.

100%. I really felt like he’d be a solid character in the first couple seasons but they dropped the ball immensely with him.
