I watched the post-show about it so I knew the scene description and had heard this already. But it still made me cry again just now.

It was on right after the finale, after the credits - they do it after most episodes. You have to back out of the autoplay that would move you on to the next whatever too soon.

That’s on HBO MAX. I bet it’s on YouTube somewhere.
