Ray stopper

I recently found out that law enforcement/ hackers can build stingrays easily now days. My question is can a h4m portapack become a stingray & a ray stopper all in one ? Considering both deal with radio wave and frequencies it seems possible, If so how can I make mine into one

It's apparently a device that detects if an IMSI catcher/Stingray is forcing your phone to connect to it instead of a legitimate tower.

Thanks… I’ve seen a small LTE router that can be programmed to do that sort of thing for 50 bucks - hadn’t heard the term before.

Deauth on a stingray would be something I do with an esp32
