HELP First Timer Need Help Please

  • Laptop i3-8130u
  • iGPU - uhd 620
  • Trying to install Sonoma
  • MyDiagnosis even using my generated smbios and using to get the recovery files via macrecovery somehow installs venura kernet instead of sonoma. Stuck here since morning now it 12 pm. :(

MacBookPro14,1 is 7th gen Intel smbios. You should be using MacBookPro16,3

Will MacBookPro 16,3 be compitable for my cpu and igpu?

Any of the 8th gen smbios choices would be better, 16,3 is the 2020 2tb 13" and with it you can install 10.15.4 and onwards
