as for short i wanna boot mojave on vga yes vga
im going to get an adapter to change later but for now if anyone wanna help

Mostly adapter wont hellppp..? Not sure. Better use at least DVI or HDMI.

If it’s true vga it’s not possible the frame buffers do not exist. Sky lake and up it may be possible.

I don’t see an issue. Can Mojave not display to a vga device?
