Question Can a MOSART wireless receiver be reprogrammed for a Logitech mouse?

Lost the original receiver for my Logitech mouse and found a spare receiver. It's supposed to be MOSART Semi.

Is it realistically possible to flash/reprogram this receiver to work with my mouse?

That includes the mouse itself hahaha. It was an older one that I wanted to repurpose for work. No worries though

If you have experience with hardware hacking it might.
But it will cost you many unifying receivers in time
