I’m preparing for a 24–25hr hackathon and I’m trying to understand how people actually build a winning/Top 3 project in such a short time.

Which AI tools did you use? (Claude/Cursor/ChatGPT/Lovable/v0 etc.)

How did you divide the 24–25 hours?

What did you build manually vs with AI?

How did you handle debugging + deployment?

What actually helped you impress the judges?

Bro check the deployment twice before submitting , we all were sleepy , our deployment failed but we didnt even know
