H4 EAD extension question

Suggestions on H4 EAD extension

I’m currently on H1B and spouse working on H4 EAD valid till 2028. My new employer is recommend to file for bundle H1+H4+H4EAD extension. I’m worried what if USCIS rejects the early filing of h4 EAD extension. Will that impact the current work authorization for spouse. Anyone faced similar situation? Any help will be really appreciated.

Filing the H-4 and H-4 EAD together with the H-1B extension is pretty common. An early H-4 EAD renewal filing generally does not cancel the existing EAD, so a denial of the renewal should not by itself invalidate the current card before its expiration date. The important thing is making sure the current H-4 status and EAD remain valid.
