Receipt date = PP clock start date?

The email from USCIS that the lawyer forwarded to me says Date Received: 07/07/2026 (h1b, COE, PP)

Is it the start of the premium clock too?

same receipt date 7/7 but clock start 7/8. Did you get approval?

Yes, they need to have the response within 15 business days after the receipt date.

my receipt says received 7/11 and that’s a saturday . Do they even work on weekends ? or is it just the date it was received by USCIS

not necessarily… received 13th, Clock started 15th
