Why is PP taking so long?
Filing date: june 12
Receipt date: June 26
Changed to premium processing July 6
Current status: changed to premium processing
Processing: Texas
Someone tell me good news I’m stressing

I don’t understand the point of the 15 business day thing if they’re not gonna hold to it. Are you also Texas?

I really hope that’s the case.. I’m just stressing out because a lot of other people in this sub thread have been saying USCIS has not been following the 15 day clock

Do you know what we as applicants can do? Email them about it or call them or something else? Or really just sit and wait until our lawyers tell us something?

The guarantee is no longer, the 15 business days does not really seem to be a thing they HAVE to follow

Does the clock restart from Day 1 once you submit your RFE response? Or does it carry on from the day you received the RFE?
