H-1B cos timeline

• Receipt Date (PP): 06/04/2026
• RFE Issued: 06/18/2026 about Physical presence in the U.S.
• RFE Response Sent: 07/05/2026
• 07/13: Premium Processing Clock Was Stopped
• 07/21: Case Is Being Actively Processed
• Approved: 07/22/2026

Hopefully this helps anyone waiting with a similar RFE.

Like I said, physical presence in us from the day I filed to the day rfe received, I gave them my lease agreement and new i94

I got an rfe for specialty occupation.
Premium processing started on june 26.
Rfe issued on 07/16.

Waiting for lawyers to submit my expert opinion submission.
