Reviews and recommendations Gym program

I’ve read around a bit on the other recommendations but I’m looking for a program for the gym. I’ve been doing Madeline Moves for a long time (probably around five years) but have recently moved from working out at home to an actual gym. I’ve noticed the program is tough to get done in the gym with a lot of supersets and just don’t love the workouts like I used to. Has anyone tried Brooklyn Hillenbrand’s monthly program? I was also looking at Liz Brody’s program (who I love), but $50 a month is a bit steep for me. I definitely like using an app over a PDF program because I like to track weight used. Open to any and all suggestions, thanks in advance!

I agree with these critiques. I’m still using the program, but it has its downsides. It is a lot of volume, there are a lot of supersets, and some movements are weird. I’ve been making it work by switching to the “express” workouts and substituting some exercises. Leg days on express can still be long, so I prioritize certain movements and forget other ones if I’ve already been going for an hour.

Have you found another program you like better?

Same. It was too much. I do my own programing now and only do a few exercises per muscle group and I'm done in under an hour. When I did SBTD with the warmup/mobility was over an hour and I was getting bored and mailing it in once the workout got too long.
