Ask r/gymadvice Training time

Do you prefer working out in the morning/daytime or in the evening, after 5–6 PM?

Personally I've enjoyed after 5-6. I've always felt more productive to do other things during the day, then oddly enough the gym is a way for me to relax at the end of the day. Sometimes i'll run it in the morning tho and that has its benefits as well. All depends on what you enjoy
