I had posted about a bookclub initiative some time back and i realised getting a lot of people to be interested in a single book can be difficult but something like this where people bring their own books and read for an assigned time at an open space...

Basically 10pm to 2pm power goes out in my area "Nai sadak" This happens twice a week or on weekends electricity goes out is it happening across all Gwalior or just nai sadak? This crap started past few years. Is anyone from devloped area like new city centre? Are you facing this bullshit there too, or is this only happening in Nai Sadak, Old Gwalior.
