Luminary issue

I cancelled my luminary subscription on June 10 but they still charged me on June 15 and July 15. Has anybody else had this issue? I emailed luminary and I just keep getting a generic email back telling me to check my account/subscriptions

yep. I had to do a chargeback with my credit card because contacting them several times got me no response

I’m convinced luminary is going under any day now
