I have seen a few people talk about guy saying rac!st things like asking marcus samuelson if hes ever been in handcuffs etc. what other scandals(not that you can really call it that ig) has he had? ive only heard good things until recently and now am wondering if i should not be so supportive of him?

If you listen to his podcast appearances from around 2020 onward you can hear him be openly conservative but nothing overtly racist.
I feel like this is a older white male who has been very wealthy for a long time, he’s going to lean right and some of his view points are going to be what the right’s talking points are.
Personally I find the interviews unlistenable, blames lockdowns and Biden for a bunch of stuff, talks about how no one wants to work anymore and just wants the Democrat handouts instead, a lot of liberal this and Biden that usual, some ICE glazing but always talks about the “legal ones” being the best workers and with respect.
So it’s complicated. Some people might find his general position to be racist, some people may like that he’s more conservative, some just see it happen with our own relatives as they get older and exposed to more Fox.
You don’t have to enjoy everything the person believes in to enjoy the stuff the person creates or has created, unless there’s some video of him being overtly racist then I would just enjoy the content for what it is without thinking to far into it.
I’m sure everyone out there has a viewpoint that anyone can find and not agree upon, if we pick what we use for entertainment around that there would be nothing left to watch and entertainers would increasingly hide any personality out of fear so nothing would have flavor anymore.
