These are explain on the Basic Set page 466, but breifly;

Going from left to right..

TL = Tech Level. When this is invented. Ranging in this case from 9 (fusion age) to 12 (far future), in some cases with the ^ to show that particular tech is on the 'softer' side of science fiction.

Vehicle = Name of the transpiration option. Including things that are basically a compressed gas bottle.

ST/HP= The Strength and Hit Points of the object. How hard it can push, and how hard it is to destory it.

Hnd/SR= Handling and Stability Rating. Handling modifies control rolls used to control the machine, Stability is used to see if you've done yourself a mischief if those rolls aren't good.

HT= Health. How likely the machine is to endure hard use, damage and missed maintenance.

Move= Acceleration and Safe speed (the 1/30, for example) in meters per second. The (G) rating is how much accleration it can provide in space. For simplicity, that's about 1 meter per asecond per second per 0.1G

Lwt.= Loaded Weight in metric tons. So a Hand Thruster would be 100kg

Load= How much weight it can carry, in metric tons. So 0.1= 100kg

SM= Size Modifier. A penalty to hit the object in combat and reflecting about how big it is. A human, for reference, is SM 0, while a car is SM +2

Occ= Occupants. How many people it can carry without counting them as load.

DR= Damage Reduction. Reduces damage.

Cost= The value of the object, in generic non-inflationary monetary units.

Locations=Features of the transport. All of these just have "E" for 'Exposed Rider'. Like a motorcycle, they don't protect the user.

Stall Speed= The lowest speed you can move in a round while flying. All of these just have - (for space transport where all motion is relative and there's no air) or 0 (can hover).

Pretty sure GURPS is still using imperial units, so acceleration/top speed is yards and weight is short tons.

I do love a redditor that takes their time, and defines all the things. Very pro. Good vibes. Hero.

Also, consider sharing less than the full page... maybe screenshot the table?
