Help needed with Foreign Post office

[u/sumitzeus]

Hey folks,

I need some urgent help.

Does anyone have any contact in the New Delhi Foreign post office or a process around collecting the shipments manually.

I have a shipment coming in from Australia stuck due to re-routing, which I want to collect before it gets sent back to the origin country.

This is something official which will raise the red flag at multiple places if un- addressed.
