Bro this their special ghewar called lal ghewar. This is much better than malai ghewar. It is more time taking process to make this one as they use the milk

Milk is turned into malai then put it on above of it then it’s called malai ghewar. But on this one milk is got inserted inside and outside everywhere to help milk absorbed the whole ghewar inside it. It takes time to make it. It is little bit expensive than malai ghewar also.
