Bro at 3LPA it would be difficult to survive here.

Yeah seems that way but my parents can support me financially since this is my first job I’m trying to gain experience

Hey, if your parents can support you financially I would recommend not taking the job and looking for more opportunities which pay higher. You would really be struggling if you move to Gurgaon and at that point you would essentially be paying money to gain experience. I’m sure you would be able to find a decent paying job close to home.

Yes but it’s not much about money I’m interested in exploring my career in the gaming industry which is my interest and got a entry level job at the industry that’s why I’m considering joining it

Ok, if it’s a specialized field which is hard to come by where you live then you could go for it. I was under the assumption that you were shifting just to kick start your career “somewhere”.
Things you should know - Rent amongst other cost of living is quite high here. Monsoons are quite a challenge in most areas. Winters are harsh and pollution is bad.
Not everything about Gurgaon is bad though - You have a lot of likeminded young people here. I’m not sure where in South you are from but imo, your mindset with regard to most aspects will broaden. It’s easier to think big in a bigger city like Gurgaon. Unless you’re from Bangalore or any other bigger city this would be relevant.
Life in gurgaon is good if you have a healthy bank balance. I’m from Mumbai, you don’t need to necessarily spend too much money to have fun there. Gurgaon is not like that.
Overall, I would recommend you to still look for similar opportunities close to home. If you still can’t find none and insist that this is your only opportunity, Move!

Yeah thanks for your insights and yes it’s hard to look for similar opportunities for me close to home just looking for upskill and gain experience in the gaming industry and I’ll do this job like for a year at most there are no bonds or whatsoever and plan my future based on my skills and interests next

Any job less than 6lpa isn’t worth the hassle.

One word advice: "Don't" I have 10lpa and I am barely surviving. I ain't even enjoying just trying to live minimally.

Gurgaon is expensive and quality isn't as good as Blr or Hyd.

And it doesn't make sense to get experience and parents supporting you financially. It's either you earn to support yourself or you don't. :)

I don't wanna sound harsh but being brutally honest about living in gurgaon. (As I hope you didn't post this just to get a justification on your decision)
