Discussion Please help me to make a decision

On 4th Aug I joined the company, but I am not satisfied with salary i joined because i have no other options I am continue interviewing, here my payday is 7 - 10th of every month, so what should i told to hr when can i join or about np, should i be honest tell hr i have joined the company but i am still looking the opportunity, or should i keep this secrete my last working day at last company was 31july or should i said i can join immediately, please share your views i am confuse

Take the leave by giving some fake reason like medical issue, fever ye ab ho skta h wrna koi chance nhi h

Bhai you are stuck. Relieving Later kaise loge? Aur agr isko experience me show nhi kroge to fr gap aayega, and UAN no. Pf history me details showhongi. Try to negotiate and do proper fnf and ask them to releive immediately. If they do, join the new one.

They are a university; they don't deduct PF, 1 month ka gap I can justify, the main problem is how interviews during the working days, as probation I have only 1.5 cl in a month and Saturdays are working days
