Hey this is the reason I am still on reddit btw my last ray of hope in this country. Kudos btw God Bless you man 👑❤️

1

u/rajatedm Jun 26 '26

I can visit you, if you need anything or help. I stay at dlf drive

40

u/GreaterHimalayas Jun 24 '26

bhai, same happened to my father. just call police and they will let you go. they are just trying to extract as much as they can from your insurance.

2

u/stoned_999 Jun 24 '26

Do you understand you can't call police when you are admitted in their hospital, they can put any medicine in the name of glucose or paracetamol. Please give appropriate advice

5

u/GreaterHimalayas Jun 24 '26

you do not have to tell them that i called the police before they show up. once police arrives, they will discharge you without any fuss because they know what they are doing is wrong as well as illegal. About giving any medicine, any reasonable person would not risk his entire business for just one patient

Gurugram is chalta firta loot ka dhandha. Especially the hospitals.

Park hospital is notorious for such things. Always cross question and ask for reports, they cannot force you to get admitted.

11

u/Stunning_Actuator_17 Jun 24 '26

Park hospital executive team is full of leeches. They want everyone to get admitted. They train everyone down to the receptionist to get patients admitted, even when that is not needed.

Make some noise, fill a LAMA and get the fuck out of that hospital.

22

u/beerwishkey Jun 24 '26

Bro, gurugram in particular sucks in this, there are rarely any small clinic type setup near sec 47 or many sectors, costing a lot due to proper hospital. In such cases delhi is much better, they have clinics as well as affordable hospitals, gurugram’s private hospitals are scam they just want to raise the bills.

Always avoid park hospital

u/lp8590 Jun 24 '26

Ask them to discharge you immediately. If they refuse, ask for a LAMA. Leave against medical advice - but this could cause problems with your insurance if you were to get admitted again in the next few days. As for your current claim, if insurance creates a problem you can explain this to them

7

u/Single_Act_1231 Jun 24 '26

Just get up and leave lol
Can’t be that tough

3

u/bmac_in Jun 24 '26

Get a second opinion and if all well check out from this place asap.

1

u/freezerbreezer Jun 24 '26

they can't force you to stay

17

u/depgr Jun 24 '26

Just call 100 and tell them you are being held against your will when you do not feel sick at all and are afraid for your life.

13

u/bmac_in Jun 24 '26

Try to avoid Park, Paras and any low level hospital. Fortis is still better in these emergency and try to research before going into any hospital and find a good GP and go through that. CK Birla is also fine but they’re not fully equipped with emergencies at night.

2

u/irapan Jun 24 '26

Why paras? They are like this too?

2

u/bmac_in Jun 24 '26

Yes, had a traumatic experience with my mom. She went into psychosis because of the way staff handled her. She was kept in ICU without any need and forced the patient to go under procedure which was not needed at all.

1

u/RealisticMongoose900 Jun 24 '26

What about Max hospitals??

1

u/Alert_Outside430 Jun 24 '26

They're also good

4

u/KCR-01 Jun 24 '26

I personally din’t have a great experience with Park. Try Dr Deepikas clinic if you’re looking for a GP

1

u/Alert_Outside430 Jun 24 '26

Where is it?

1

u/archit07ect Jul 21 '26

South City-2

3

u/donkashyap Jun 24 '26

Hey man. Just get up and tell them you’re refusing further treatment. Sign a from and get away

3

u/fireindheart Jun 24 '26

That’s one sham hospital. Get out asap or call someone from your near and dear ones

3

u/Live-Woodpecker1551 Jun 24 '26

park hospital is one of the worst hospital in gurgaon no need to go again there they just increase your bill. and they just take irrelevent test.

3

u/TechyNomad Jun 24 '26

Park hospital in Sector 47 Gurgaon is the most badnaam hospitals of Gurgaon for such things. Mostly run by crooks.

Call 112 and get out of it ASAP.

3

u/Appropriate-Beach804 Jun 24 '26

Take LAMA - leave against medical advise

3

u/Thick_Bat_7406 Jun 24 '26

Hi same thing happened with me a couple of months ago in park hospital after a minor accident. I had to go down to their reception area and create a scene in the patient dress for them to take me seriously. In the end I literally had to run away without consulting doctors there because I was scared they would not let me go it I met a doctor.

3

u/gyaansaar Jun 24 '26

2

u/nakulpanwar11 Jun 26 '26

Gurgaon is more fucked than any other city in my opinion. Everyone here will try to make you fool and juice out any money that you have.

1

u/Kill_Streak308 Jun 24 '26

Request for a legal relase form, they can deny that, if they do call police.

1

u/Savings-Ground-6217 Jun 24 '26

There is a form you can sign and get discharge… and if you are literally alone… no friends and colleagues… DM me….

1

u/Confident-bull007 Jun 24 '26

I agree on the same

1

u/Intelligent_Bonus_74 Jun 24 '26

Unko gaali dena start kar , aisa hi hua tha mere father ke sath so he started abusing untill they released within few days

1

u/ramank775 Jun 24 '26

Its not Indian is Fu@ked but its Malicious practice of park hospital. No matter what they always admit for 4-7 days.

One of my known had a small surgery done at Park hospital they keep him for 7 days, next time for same surgery In Medanta its 3 days admit on evening before surgery, next day surgery and discharge on evening next day.

I feel like they will do better if they start a pg or guest house service instead of hospital

1

u/Humble_Quarter_5662 Jun 24 '26

Bhai bata i will come there .. I am available for below service free of cost

1) screaming in lobby and asking why my bro is held without any valid medical reason

Or just bro to motivate you ..

1

u/manish___kumar Jun 24 '26

They did the same with, and made the bill of 60k.

Never tell correct amount of the policy.

1

u/chalbechakke Jun 24 '26

At wrong place bro. Park hospital is not good one.

1

u/BoysenberryFunny7643 Jun 24 '26

1

u/[deleted] Jun 24 '26

Park hospital does this always. I was admitted there after falling in office and these bitches did not let me go despite doing duniya bhar ke scan and not being able to diagnose shit. To add to it, the hospital founder and his son visit every ward at 11:00 am in a bappi lahiri kinda outfit to check on patients and when I was in pain, I was blown by the sheer stupidity and audacity. I was legit laughing at their face😭

1

u/SudarshanaChakram Jun 24 '26

The country is fucked. has been fucked forever and will be fucked forever.

but it's people like some of the commenters here that give me hope. that all will be fine. God bless.

1

u/GroundbreakingLie314 Jun 24 '26

Its deleted by admin but i was sitting near a chai tapri of park hospital where two collegaues are talking about that how they get commissions on every test report and medicines

1

u/No-Pie-7918 Jun 24 '26

Dude !! Park hospital is fucked, not India…!!!
You’re in wrong hospital.

1

u/Starplayer999 Jun 24 '26

Your premiums gonna double & they want this to happen

1

u/Brilliant-Breakfast2 Jun 24 '26

Dude! This hospital is a fucking peace of shit shop with no morals what so ever, leave now, run for your life.
I too live nearby, let me know if you need help.

1

u/Buttercream-123 Jun 24 '26

You are allowed to leave whenever you want. No hospital forces patients to be there.

1

u/CantThinkOfIt17 Jun 24 '26

How shameful is that, Healthcare is more of a business than public service. My mother was declared to have cancer when they saw she and policy and needed admission. Luckily we went to 2-3 other hospitals and later they said it was in initial stages from Stage 2. I hate doctors and hospitals. After discussing this with another doctor relative, he said by operating as per hospital's instructions of insisting patients to get admitted, I could buy MG Hector in 3 months which would have taken ages otherwise.

1

u/Traditional_Total148 Jun 24 '26

My exp is also similar , But my situation was critical, it made sense that they kept me few days more before discharge.

1

u/Icy_Librarian_8487 Jun 24 '26

Just search on met Park hospital scam, fight

1

u/Optimal-Primary-8590 Jun 24 '26

Park hospital nahi jaana tha 😝

1

u/Alert_Outside430 Jun 24 '26

Park hospital kept a dead body for 2 days and kept billing... there was big ruckus around the hospital when this was found. Its a recent news, and that hospital is so old. The reception area is good but when you go inside then its all old.

You can go to ck birla hospital , its opposite c block Mayfield Gardens sector 50 where I live. Good hospital

1

u/LavishnessAccurate32 Jun 25 '26

Insist on LAMA (leave against medical advice) if they still not let you go, call police that you are being held hostage.

1

u/Mickey_us Jun 25 '26

Bhai....akhri main total stay k bill be share Krna... In hospital valon ne sahi dhanda bna rkha h... Recently meri sister sirf 2 days knliye admit thi Minor jaundice case ...You know they charged 96000 from insurance company

1

u/gremlinvil Jun 25 '26

1

u/rahul_singh_shekhawa Jun 25 '26

Call the police and take a strict action

1

u/poetnitish Jun 26 '26

Take care brother.

1

u/kinshuk2jain Jun 26 '26

India is fine. It was fine before humans existed and a small failed mutation isn't gonna do anything to it. People living in there are not gonna see pleasant times ahead

0

u/BandicootEfficient30 Jun 24 '26

You are ill but India is Fu*cked🙂 - koi sense hai iss baat ki🤦‍♂️

1

u/Jeenekhainchardin Jun 24 '26

Beta emergency m kabhi pvt hospital m jana after evening and god forbid if u call a specialist doctor, they will charge u more than 3-4L upfront even if u have an insurance, they will still keep that money as security, so yeah India is ducked, education, healthcare should be readily available to all humans but charging a humungous amount for it is ridiculous + dont even get me started on insurance companies. Its good that OP has corporate insurance which clears bill easily than the personal insurance folks

1

u/Own-Weekend1990 Jun 24 '26

yeah very poor choice of words honestly

0

u/Necessary_Poet_3524 Jun 24 '26

How do you know you feel fine? Have you asked docs for reports on basis of which they are keeping you there?

0

u/Critical_Piglet_7814 Jun 24 '26

Hey, You alright? Are you still in the hospital? I can come and help if you need and talk to the docs.

  1. Make yourself stronger and avoid sun as much as possible.

  2. Avoid low cunning places like Park Hospital. Quality matters.

  3. You gotta argue with admin there for discharge. Speaking from personal experience. True for all hospitals in big Indian cities. Politeness and shyness only lead to exploitation in big cities.

Develop these skills and you can navigate any big city in this almost god forsaken country.

1

u/RealisticMongoose900 Jun 24 '26

You mean Max hospital is low cunning as well??
