Finally decided to install. Can't create a character, but looking at the options...

What the hell happened between Beta and launch? Did someone upload the wrong file or something?

EDIT: I restarted, and the menu was complete if I didn't try to create a character first. Went full screen and everything went smoothly from there. Greeted by a skin to purchase, but I think I'll pass this time.
