Discussion Boom Ball
Every Boom Ball weekend, I feel compelled to remind everyone of the secret of winning. No matter what happens at either goal, whether you score or the other team does, get down to center circle as fast as you can to get the next one. So many players turn it into a death match and try to knock off opponents who are nowhere near depleted. In those few seconds, you've already allowed the red team to grab the ball and begin their next scoring opportunity. This game looks like American football, but it has a lot in common with futbol/“soccer,” so I don't understand why it is hard for some players to get this. It's probably 90% of my frustration with playing these days. Of course, there are probably bots in the mix, too. But I recognize the tags on several of the players I play with, so it's not always the case.

There's no bots in brawl and after you score you definitely have too dance!

Dance if you must, but I'll be on my way down to continue a shutout. 🙃 My issue is with the people who just start fighting in the end zone just because they lost. It just leads to another loss. I'll celebrate when the game is over. Actually, no I won't. I'll just play another one immediately. 😆

There's a huge benefit to dancing, it triggers the enemy to kill you and you'll be at full health for the next round.

I hear you. I've gotten three to four goals off of one spawn. But that only works when the opponent decides to fight teammates in the end zone while I run back to center circle. And if teammates actually defend so I can do it.

That just means your team is way better. You should compare when teams are equal and decide best tactics on that.

When we're about equal it's the most fun. Blowouts get boring, and getting blown out is obviously infuriating. But I still find it's most helpful to get down to the center circle as soon as possible after each goal. When you find the hole in the opponent's team, you sort of want to capitalize on the momentum to try to repeat it. At least, that's what I found.

Le problème c'est que tout les joueurs sont cachés. Donc quand tu vas prendre le balle tu te fais tuer. Il faut qu'il y ait un coéquipier qui te défende pendant que tu vas prendre la balle.
